Executive Mohan, an Aurovillian is a firm believer of perfection and quality. He started this unit with the aim to produce construction products and projects with a committment to high standards of perfection befitting the aesthetic and spiritual ideas of Auroville.

Mohan worked under Ar. Stoff Werner for 8 years. He learnt the nuances of architecture and construction the hard way, working on site with a lot of emphasis on perfection. Later, Mohan went to work with Mr. Satprem who was building up the Auroville Earth Institute and developing the concept of Compressed Stabilised Earth Blocks (CSEB). Here, he learnt about CSEB and the ecological principles behind the development of this concept.

After working on a few projects, he realised that the demand for this newly developed technology and understood the ecological sensitivity behind it. Therefore he started his own unit to spread awareness among emerging architects, engineers and the larger population about the benefits of Earth construction.

We have a team of artisans whom are trained in various Auroville projects, with a collective experience of over 15 years. This makes our team an experienced and also young, energetic and enthusiastic to learn new and more efficient techniques of construction.
