This residence is designed to house a family of four but has sufficient space to accommodate more if necessary in the future. The building’s material palette is entirely natural and features earthy tones. To provide character to the elevations, concrete walls, rammed earth, and exposed CSEB are combined.

 The building’s interior areas are highlighted by two sloped roofs made of mangalore tiles, with an open courtyard in the centre of the structure. This guarantees that all of the residence’s rooms have adequate natural lighting and ventilation. The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and parents’ bedroom are all located on the main floor. Two studio rooms for the sons, a home theatre, and a guest bedroom are located on the first floor, which is a more private area. A wraparound verandah on the building can be used as a lounge or for different purposes
