This building consists of a workspace for a management consultant, a studio for an artist and an architectural office. The plan is also made flexible so it could be converted into a 3bhk residence.  An amalgamation of different materials like CSEB walls and rammed earth walls is used seamlessly that goes with the sloped Mangalore tile roofing. Vaulted ceilings made of earth blocks can be seen in the interiors, which help in passive cooling.
