The farm house is meant to be a weekend/holiday pad for relaxation and events. The focus is to provide large open spaces in the house while maintaining privacy.

There is a lake next to the plot of land. This was a constraint while designing, as all buildings had to be at least 100 m away from the lake. The farm house is in the form of two blocks. Block 1 (area 300 m²) to accommodate a family (1 couple and 2 children) and Block 2 (area 90 m²) for a couple. The house also has a fish pond and an ant channel around it.

Walls and columns are made of exposed concrete. Doors and interiors make use of Kalimarudu wood. Warli art is prominent in surface treatment of the building. The figures are carved in wood and then added to the sides of the shuttering to give the desired effect while casting the slab. The roof is made of Terracotta Telangana country tiles which collects water and make it flow to the sides (available locally).
